We are excited to bring to you the 2024 FPCA Design Awards program. We created this program exclusively for our producer members to boost your company recognition and team’s amazing projects!

10 REASONS YOU WANT TO APPLY

10. FREE MARKETING: All submissions will be used for marketing purposes on FPCA social media, website, blogs and external communications.

9. RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Winners get the opportunity to invite their project teams to the awards banquet, held at the 2025 Winter Meeting. This is a great way to solidify relationships with your GCs, owners, architects and more!

8. BRAGGING RIGHTS: Show your peers the superb work being cranked out from your company.

7. ANYTHING GOES: We’re looking for new projects as well as projects that stand the test of time. If you’re proud of your work – submit it for consideration!

6. SIMPLIFIED PROCESS: We’re not asking for much of your time. Applying is easier than the PCI Design Award application and can all be done online.

5. HELP OFFERED: If you have the materials to submit but not the time, one of your trusty FPCA executive team will be glad to help you get that project submitted.

4. CAN REPURPOSE: You can repurpose any former award applications from other organizations and industry recognitions that you’ve used and send it in to us as well!

3. ATTAINABLE DEADLINE: You’ve got until November 15.

2. FREE: There is NO fee to applying, so you can submit as many projects for consideration as you’d like. The more the merrier!

1. FREE MARKETING: Did we mention that this is an excellent way for you to get FREE marketing of your company and projects through the organization?

ELIGIBILITY

Precast concrete must have been produced by a FPCA producer member. Submission deadline is Friday, November 15, 2024. All entries must include a completed entry form, at least 8 (the more the better, we want to showcase your project) high-resolution “landscape profile” photographs, and the photography release form.

PHOTOGRAPHY

All entries must submit a minimum of eight photos of the completed project. Elevations, sections and close-up photos of finishes are helpful. Each photograph should have a caption describing the features shown. All photos should have as high a resolution as possible because they will be printed at 300 dpi or higher as they will be used to publicize the winners.

JUDGING

Entries are judged by an independent jury of industry experts who will consider creativity and innovation in the use of precast concrete to achieve aesthetic expression and function.

Because of the broad diversity and the nature of challenges presented to architects and engineers, there may be co-winners or honorable mentions in certain categories. In special cases, FPCA has the option to create ad-hoc categories based on the projects submitted.

DISCLAIMER

Because the purpose of the program is to encourage new approaches in the use of precast concrete, FPCA shall have the right to publish all photographs, names of any and all entries, and projects submitted to the program without compensation. Each entrant assumes responsibility for material submitted. All entrants must complete a photo permission form for each photographer. All submissions become property of FPCA.
