Precast, prestressed concrete construction projects are managed by a project manager from the moment of sale through project closeout to guarantee that customer expectations and performance objectives are met. Requirements
A four-year degree in engineering, construction, or business, or an equivalent period of work experience of three to five years or more with exposure to operations and/or engineering, is required.

Concrete laborers who are a member of the fabrication team set up, strip, and pour concrete for the construction of parking garages, schools, hospitals, office or retail buildings, and transportation components. Laying and completing concrete materials, as well as cleaning and preparing casting beds and forms, are the major duties. Examining prints carefully, laying up forms with a tape measure, gathering materials for form layout, and pouring steel and concrete into forms might all be part of a typical day’s job.

Requirements
A high school diploma or its wide equivalent (GED). Fundamental mathematical and measuring skills, as well as experience with various hand, power, and measurement tools. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team are critical. Building or concrete experience is beneficial but not required. An advantage is having knowledge on how to understand blueprints. Must be driven to create excellent work, have a strong work ethic, and be acutely aware of safety.

Carpenters do the production labor tasks necessary to help produce high-quality concrete products, such as, but not limited, to wall panels, highway traffic barriers, columns, and sound walls. Building forms from blueprints, managing every aspect of the layout, cutting raw materials, assembling the forms, nailing, measuring, and confirming dimensional layouts, and supporting precast piece detail changes are all tasks involved in producing precast concrete pieces inside a facility. These tasks are necessary to maintain the team’s adherence to the daily production schedule.

Requirements
Prior carpentry, cabinet-making, construction, or framing experience; competency in operating machinery safely; familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints; competency in fundamental math and the capacity to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch; demonstrated proficiency with using handheld power tools and carpentry to build structures; commitment to working in a team-focused environment; and a strong work ethic with a passion for creating high-quality work.

According to a schedule, deliver precast concrete products to multiple local clients in a timely and secure way. There is a 40-hour work week offered.

Requirements
Must have a Class A-CDL and at least two (2) years of flatbed trailer driving experience. Must meet DOT requirements. Dependable schedules and short distances. Some overnight stays will be required. Be able to work well with others and promote the company’s safety-first culture. Must have a consistent work history, practical knowledge of tying down weights, the ability and motivation to solve difficulties, and the will to advance constantly.

Finishers add particular finishes, rectify faulty products and technical flaws, and maintain precast concrete components. Off-bed (dry) finishing work, reading engineering drawings, repairing damaged members that need form work, making significant structural repairs as a result of design and engineering mistakes, patching architectural members with exposed aggregate or special form finishes, fixing concrete products with missing or improperly installed plates, and performing steel trowel, rake top and broom work are just a few of the daily tasks that must be completed.

Requirements
Have completed one to three months of instruction or experience that is comparable; alternatively, preferably possess a high school diploma or general equivalent (GED). Ability to work individually or as a team, communicate effectively, pay attention and be precise, and communicate clearly. Must be incredibly dependable, have a strong work ethic, be proficient with standard construction tools, and be adaptable when it comes to work hours, tasks, or processes.

Drafters provide production drawings, steel drawings, elevations for precast wall panels, design sets for the engineer, customer approval sets, and final sets for use in the field. Sketches, specifications, and standard layouts are used to generate layouts, charts, and detailed scale drawings, as well as material and equipment needs. The drafting staff is given technical direction and guidance on the interpretation and application of requirements and specifications, as well as on the acquisition and use of CAD files.

Requirements
Associate’s degree in design, architecture, or a similar discipline with computer-aided design courses (CAD). Experience with Revit, BeamWiz, TeeWiz, and AutoCAD for at least two years is a bonus. One has to be able to interpret blueprints and drawings in order to correctly develop comprehensive computerized (CAD) working plans from data.

To determine costs associated with the precast concrete scope, estimators do a variety of important duties, including studying contract papers, plans, specifications, bids, and other paperwork. An estimator looks over the contract documentation to determine the precast scope of work. Additionally, they perform accurate takeoffs of precast components; create estimates to be used in scheduling work and generating bids; and develop 3D precast models from 2D contract drawings.

Requirement
Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three years’ minimum of related experience.

Accountants are in charge of planning, studying, and gathering data to calculate the costs of business activity, such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor, using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). They are also in charge of developing financial statements and reports.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or business required. Accounting degree preferred. 1+ years of related work experience in public accounting, manufacturing, or construction.
