DORAL CITY HALL OFFICE BUILDING

Background

The new Doral City Hall complex was developed to provide a sustainable, updated facility for the city’s governmental services.  The new three-story facility was built on a 1.8 acre project site right across the street from the old city hall which was half the size of the new building.  The Doral City Hall was designed and achieved LEED Silver certification and featured a 250 parking space garage, epicenter for events, training facility, and facilities for businesses to lease. Metromont Corporation provided 497 precast components to help complete the Doral City Hall project.
